Purpose¶
This questionnaire is designed to evaluate an organization's loyalty strategy, program maturity, data readiness, operational model, and personalization requirements for Adobe Journey Optimizer Loyalty.
The goal is to understand how loyalty programs are currently managed, identify opportunities to increase engagement and retention, assess readiness for challenge-based loyalty experiences, and determine how AJO Loyalty can help orchestrate personalized, real-time loyalty experiences at scale.
